Open Tomb! Open Hearts! Open Doors!
So if you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God—what is good and acceptable and perfect.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy he has given us a new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
“Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised; he is not here”. . . .So they went out and fled from the tomb, for terror and amazement had seized them; and they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.
Open tomb! We are people tied to the resurrection of Jesus Christ!
As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man, dressed in a white robe, sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed. But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed; you are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He has been raised; he is not here.
Open hearts! We are people transformed by this good news, marked with the cross of Christ forever!
We have spoken frankly to you Corinthians; our heart is wide open to you. 12There is no restriction in our affections, but only in yours. 13In return—I speak as to children—open wide your hearts also.
Open doors! We are people called to proclaim good news with words of invitation and welcome!
I know your works. Look, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut. I know that you have but little power, and yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.
