The Fellowship Committee is asking for people to sign up to serve refreshments after first service each Sunday. This involves making coffee, tea, lemonade and/or juice, setting up coffee serving area, and getting out the snacks. After fellowship time, you will need to put away coffee supplies and the leftover snacks and do a quick clean up. There are weekly dishwashers to take care of the dishes. There are signup sheets available in the narthex. Donations of pastries are always welcome.
There are also signup sheets if you would like to help with specific events, i.e. picnic, advent meals, Lenten meals and other special events.
If you would like to be a part of this team to help with planning, please plan to attend the next ministry night.
